What the heck is Shnoop?

Well, it's not that funny mark on the side of your Nikes or an unfortunate sound people make when they try to sniff with a head cold. Shnoop.com is an online store that sells general merchandise extremely cheap. After all, if you never try anything new you could miss out on life's many disappointments! Seriously, though, we give you twenty-four hours to snap up great stuff at low, low prices, much like those other "deal a day" sites. We get it to you quick, too: Items ship out within two to four business days. But unlike those other sites, we manipulate the fabric of space and time so that you can buy the previous day's item (appropriately dubbed "Yesterday's Shnoop") right now! We felt kind of bad for those of you with well-adjusted sleep schedules and active social lives who didn't relish parking yourself in front of the computer until the wee hours of the morning. That's also why we release new merchandise at 9 p.m. EST each and every day. See, we're super-considerate. But once an item sells out, that's all she wrote. You might still be able to pick up Yesterday's Shnoop, but we can't guarantee that it'll stick around. What we do promise is that we've packed yet another great item into the product pipeline. Also that our mysterious powers of time travel won't draw the ire of any marauding Daleks. At least we hope so.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will be happy to accept your return if requested within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling or other additional charges. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, a refund will be provided once it's returned. All returns must have an RMA number provided by Shnoop.com. A returned item must be identical to the brand, specifications, item description and condition of your original purchase. The item must be returned to Shnoop.com in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. If the item is missing original packaging and/or accessories, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Certain products (vitamins, bedding, oral care, undergarments, etc.) cannot be returned if they have been opened. Please see the product description or contact Customer Service for details.

How do I return a defective product?

Should you happen to find that an item is somehow defective, send an email to our support team. Don't be surprised at their shock and dismay; our products are so good that they're not used to complaints. Really, we try to stock only the very best, but we'll be happy to assist you in contacting a manufacturer and exercising any applicable warranty. When emailing us, make sure to include your order number and the name of the problematic product. Our mothers tell us that we're fairly bright, but they never said we were psychics. Well, except for Joe's mom, and she's a little ... different. All sales are final on clothing and non-electronic items. However, we do make exceptions in certain circumstances, and we'll accept returns for either a replacement, or if necessary, a refund.

Does Shnoop offer an RSS feed?

Yes siree, Bob! And if you happen to not know what that acronym stands for, remember that Google is your friend.

How do I create a Shnoop account?

See the top of the page where it says "Login"? Go on and click the "Sign Me Up" button right next to it. In order to gain access to all our shnoopy goodness, you'll need to supply a valid email address, a password of your choosing, and a unique nickname. Then just click on the "Ready to Shnoop" button. Before you start buying, be sure to add a credit card and shipping address to your account. Not only will that keep our treasure-finding gnomes fed and happy, it'll ensure you don't miss out on any last-minute deals. Only one account per email address and credit card number is allowed, but you can always change your card at a later time.

What payment options do I have?

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal. Please note that we only accept American Express and Discover Cards through PayPal. However, you don't need a PayPal account in order to pay with other credit cards. Also, our lawyers tell us we cannot accept heartfelt promises, firstborn children, or mysterious words of power long believed to have vanished into the mists of time.

What are my shipping options?

Currently, we choose the cheapest rate among all the options that USPS, UPS and DHL give us. Every order ships based on weight and the buyer's location. We aren't looking to make money on shipping.

How can I track my order?

Regardless of the shipping method, you will receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can check the status of your by logging in and clicking the "My Account" tab at the top of the page. The "My Account" page will list all your past orders, and you can click on the order number to view tracking information for the specific order. Please don't email us every hour asking when your item will ship. That makes our warehouse manager angry-and you wouldn't like him when he's angry.

Why isn't my state/country/province listed?

We do not ship outside of the continental United States at this time. (Sorry, Hawaii and Alaska.) Obviously, that means no international shipping either.

Why won't the site let me buy more than three items in the checkout?

Generally, we will set a limit of three per customer, but on some nights we restrict it to one or even increase the limit to more than three. We like to keep you all on your toes!
