So how does this work? Do you have to take it off the wall to rotate it?

The ones that I got did not work too well. One fell apart as soon as it came out of the box. When I contacted the company, they are trying to blame the delivery company. The merchandise was poorly made. Great idea but the ones I got were bad and so far Shnoop is not being as cooperative about it as one would like. I am hoping that once the delivery company gives them back to Shnoop, Shnoop will see the inferior product I was sent and refund my money.
