- What the hell is Shnoop.com?
- Shnoop.com is an online store that focuses on selling general merchandise extremely cheap. We wanted to join the ever so popular "deal a day" sites because if you never try anything new, you'll miss out on many of life's great disappointments. We offer one item a day (Today's Shnoop), but unlike the other "item a day" websites we give you a chance to buy the previous days item as well until it is sold out. Items are in stock and ship out within 2-4 business days. We read many of the blogs on various sites and we felt very sorry for all of you non-insomniacs that want to go to bed or even those who wanted to head to a party rather than stay by your computer to the wee hours of the morning just to see what we are offering. We will be releasing a new item every 24 hours at 9 PM EST. This way you can see item at reasonable time and head to bed normally because we value your sleep time. Once item sells out you will not be able to purchase item anymore and you will have to wait for the following evening for a new item or if possible you could try to purchase the previous days item (yesterday's Shnoop). When an item sells out before time is up, we are going to try to have funeral music or at least have that in your head. Don't despair a new item will be available tomorrow.

- Is there any customer support?
- Yes. Customer service is offered via email only. We do not offer telephone support at this time. We are constantly shnooping around the market to get you the greatest deals possible for you to be able to shnoop. We will try to respond to all emails but there are no guarantees. Try to read all FAQ's first, then reading disclaimer and privacy policy, then go have lunch, watch a movie, have a quick snack, and dial a friend you haven't spoken to in a while and if you still remember question by then, go to the Contact Us page, select the appropriate category of your question and drop us a line.

- What is your return policy?
- If you bought an item you don't like or just have no use for go ahead and resell it in an online auction, or score points with family and friends by bringing in Christmas early. Chances are you will probably make some money doing that anyway. If the item doesn't work, find out what you're doing wrong. We will always disclose the condition of the item that we sell, as well as the any manufacturer's warranty that is included. If the item does have a warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for a repair or replacement.

- How do I return a defective product?
- Even if an item is found somehow to be defective (highly unlikely), please email our support team for assistance. We will do our best to assist you with contacting the manufacturer and exercising the warranty (if applicable). When contacting us, make sure you include your order number and the name of product you are experiencing trouble with. We know we are smart but we're not psychics so we won't know based on yours email address what your problem is. All sales are final on clothing and non-electronic items. We do make exceptions in certain circumstances, and will accept returns for either a replacement, or if necessary, a refund.

- Does Shnoop offer an RSS feed?
- YES. Look up google if you are not sure what an RSS feed is.
- What is Shnoop Video?
- ShnoopVideo is a member area for users to watch and share original videos illustrating how they can shnoop it.
Anyone can watch videos on Shnoopvideo. Only members have the option of uploading media content onto the site. Users are encouraged to explore their creative side and share original content that is unusual, quirky, funny, eccentric etc. with the shnoop community. Members have the option of voting on posted videos, with the most popular videos being featured on the main shnoop video.
Shnoop.com caters to a general audience. As such, all videos uploaded to our site will be reviewed and screened for obscene or otherwise offensive content for pending approval.
Additionally, from time to time, we will announce contests for the top videos. Ordering FAQ's - How do I create a Shnoop account?
- Scroll up to the top of this page where it says "Login?" Click "Sign me up." You will need to supply a valid email address, a password of your choice, and a unique? nickname by which you will be known on shnoop. Then click on the "Ready to shnoop" button and your account is ready for buying products and using the blogs. If you plan to buy, you can add your credit card and shipping info to your account here. You can also add or change it later by clicking on "My Account." Only one account per email address and credit card number is allowed.

- What payment options do I have?
- You can pay for your orders using either VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal. Please note that American Express and Discover Cards are accepted through PayPal only. A PayPal account is not required in order to pay with a credit card.

- What are my shipping options?
- Currently we ship everything with cheapest methods possible between USPS, UPS and DHL. We don’t look to make any money on shipping and every order shipped is based on weight and location of buyer.

- How can I track my order?
- Regardless of shipping method, you will get a tracking email once your order ships. You can check your order status by logging in and clicking the My Account tab at the top of the page. Your account page will list all your past orders. Click on the order number to view tracking information for the specific order. Relax and don't email us the next day or every hour asking when your item will ship.

- Why isn't my state/country/province listed?
- We do not ship outside of the continental United States at this time. Obviously that means no international either.

- Why is it not letting me buy more then 3 items in the checkout?
- Generally we will set a limit of 3 pieces per customer, but on some nights we can restrict it to one or even increase the limit of the item.

- A blog is information that is instantly published to shnoop.com. Blog scripting allows you to automatically post information to shnoop. The information first goes to a blogger Web site. Then the information is automatically inserted into a template tailored for shnoop.com. Be creative and write whatever you want. Just try to keep it clean and safe for all users. We don't care if you try to advertise someone else's site in the blog. We live in a country with free speech and freedom of the press. So, if you wish to mock us or anyone else for that matter go right ahead. Try to be gentle, we have feelings too.

- How do I use the blog?
- You must sign up for an account first, then login. Once you're all logged in, simply go to blog on item you wish to discuss and type away.

- What is not allowed in the blog?
- First, the usual disclaimer we're not responsible for the content of any user- submitted post in our community. In practice, we'll try to enforce some simple guidelines below. We want good and bad feedback and will not defend ourselves by means of censorship.
- Do not post personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, etc.
- Do not post anything that isn't safe for work, or safe for kids.
- Do not include any graphics in your signature that are larger than 5K in file size. (NO DIRTY GRAPHICS)

- We will have a commercial like stuff and short films on there periodically. All we want to know is if you could shnoop it and possibly how.

- What type of contests will you have?
- We will ask you to send us humorous clips of letting us and the world know how you could shnoop it. You could send in a music video or an amateur video and we will post it online (if it is clean material of course) and we will let the viewers rate it. The winner will either be given a cash prize, a prize with value, or even a shot at coming here to NYC to shoot your very own music video. All details for contest will be posted on the website as soon as more information is ready. shnoop.com. Be creative and write whatever you want. Just try to keep it clean and safe for all users.
